Last Updated: February 15, 2026
Texas Business Leads, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this policy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our website at texasbusinessleads.com and our subscription services (collectively, the "Services").
1. About This Policy
Data Broker Status
Texas Business Leads compiles and provides business lead data derived from publicly available records. We believe our services qualify for exemption from data broker registration requirements under applicable state laws because we exclusively use publicly available records. However, we are committed to transparency and offer opt-out mechanisms as described in Section 6.
Scope
This policy covers information we collect through our website and subscription services. It does not govern the publicly available business data we provide to subscribers, which is derived from public records and not subject to privacy law restrictions on "personal information."
2. Information We Collect
We collect two distinct categories of information:
A. Customer Account Information
When you subscribe to our Services, we collect:

B. Business Lead Data (Our Product)
The business leads we provide to subscribers are derived exclusively from publicly available records. This data includes:
- Business names and DBA names
- Business addresses
- NAICS industry codes
- Filing dates
This public records data is publicly available information and is exempt from the definition of "personal information" under California Civil Code § 1798.140(v)(2) and similar state privacy laws.

- Build retargeting and lookalike audiences for advertising

4. How We Share Your Information
We share customer information with the following categories of service providers and partners. Specific providers within each category may change over time; we maintain an up-to-date list at the end of this section.
- Payment processors: To securely handle payments and billing
- Analytics and advertising platforms: To measure website usage, track advertising performance, build retargeting audiences, and create lookalike audiences of similar potential customers. When we share customer data with advertising platforms for audience matching, we use hashed identifiers — the platform never receives your raw email address or personal information in readable form.
